About Us
Harmony Grove Homes opened for business in 2005 after taking over a Kent Homes Retail location in Truro, Nova Scotia. Since then, Harmony Grove has proudly sold and delivered over 700 homes across Nova Scotia.

Right out of the gate, Harmony Grove partnered with Kent Homes on the initial phase of a land development in Truro. Kent Homes agreed to let Harmony Grove complete the second and final phases of this development on its own. We noticed that pride of ownership was extremely important to our customers. People loved the concept of a quality home, an honest deal, and good service. Our client’s had something they were proud of. Especially first-time homeowners.

Some customers had their own land, some people wanted to lease land, and some people wanted to own land but did not have an affordable way to obtain it. We felt this last group needed a better option and we saw an opportunity to package land with a brand-new home. The mini home development was the answer! Harmony Grove currently has developments in Debert, Onslow, and now the newest mini home development in Lower South River, just outside of Antigonish.

Over the years, Harmony Grove has been on the cutting edge of manufactured housing with design influences now seen throughout Atlantic Canada. Advances in floorplans, rooflines, appearance packages and best practices have always been a passion for us and our team.

In 2014 a second Kent Homes retail location was added in Antigonish and a focus on the team at Harmony Grove became crucial the last few years. Like a house, a company needs to have a solid foundation to stand tall.

With the Truro branch being the Head Office and the Antigonish branch servicing Cape Breton and Northern NS mainland, Harmony Grove covers the entire Northern portion of Nova Scotia, up to Amherst, and into HRM. We have built homes in Annapolis Valley, along the South Shore of Nova Scotia and even a few out of province. If it makes sense to the client, as well as Harmony Grove, we will make it happen!

In 2020, the focus turned to building the Team at Harmony Grove to support our clients as everyone adjusted to new ways of doing business and reacting to unexpected changes in the housing market. We saw an opportunity to examine all aspects of the business for improvements and make some changes. Finding the right people and giving them the right tools would best position Harmony Grove for whatever market influences might come our way next.

Looking forward, Harmony Grove is investing in technology, investing in our sales lots, investing in skilled and smart people and of course we will be investing in more land for our future clients. To say we are excited to see where Harmony Grove is going would be an understatement… our goal is simple:
